Deep Within the practice, is where you experience your truth - It’s where you hear the wisdom you’re searching for.

Come gather in community, nourish your nervous system and be held through mantra, movement, sound, and breath.

Led by Zoë, Each Kundalini Yoga class will focus on a different theme with the intent to support your physical, emotional & energetic body moving through the current energy of the month.

All levels welcome, you don’t need any experience, just an open heart & mind.

Find empowerment & healing through the practice as you move through what is present for you in your world.

What you need —

  • Yoga mat, sheep skin, or blanket and a meditation cushion if possible.

  • Journal & pen or something you like to write on.

  • Quiet, private, safe space.

  • Open mind & heart

Things to note —

  • These classes are virtual 75 minute Kundalini Yoga Classes.

  • Recording will be available for 1 week & sent to you via email post class.

  • Once you book your class here, 24-48 hours before the class you will receive a email with the zoom link & things to note before class begins.
