The Practice
Virtual Kundalini yoga & meditation classes.
Each class will be 45 minutes, virtual with a recording available, rooted in the practice of Kundalini Yoga & Somatic wisdom. Designed to support you to find empowerment, self-healing and a deep connection to your own wisdom. Through meditation, kriya, movement, mantra+sound, and breath our states change,we tune into thefrequency of our hearts- our truth.
Each class is an opportunity to meet yourself - to gift yourself a moment of presence that goes deep within you.
Each class is virtual, 45 minutes, with recordings available.
Deep Within the practice, is where you experience your truth - It’s where you hear the wisdom you’re searching for.
Come gather in community, arrive in the present, nourish your nervous system & feel like honey in your body.
Led by Zoë, Each Kundalini Yoga class will focus on a different theme with the intent to support your physical, emotional & energetic body moving through the current energy of the month.
Be held through mantra, movement, sound, and breath.
All levels welcome, you don’t need any experience, all bodies are welcome.
Find empowerment & self-healing through the sacred practice, as you create the space in your body to move through what ever it is you are moving through.
Each class is an opportunity to meet yourself - to gift yourself a moment of presence that goes deep within you.
What you need —
Anything you need to feel comfortable; Yoga mat or sheep skin or blanket for practice, a cushion or pillow for meditation.
Quiet, private, safe space to for you to land as you are.
Things to note —
These classes are virtual 45 minute Kundalini Yoga Classes.
Recording will be available for 7 days & sent to you via email 24-48 hours post class.
Once you book your class, You will receive a confirmation email and then a separate email from me containing the link to join, the day before or the day of class.
