    • DAILY MORNING PAGES PRACTICE.

      3 PAGES OR 30 MINUTES - WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. (CAN ALSO DO 10, 15 OR 20 MINUTES)

      EACH MORNING MEET WITH YOUR JOURNAL. CREATE A SACRED, SAFE & BEAUTIFUL SPACE FOR YOU TO OPEN THAT CONVERSATION WITHIN.

      THIS IS A FREE FLOW JOURNAL PRACTICE, ALLOW YOUR BODY TO GUIDE YOU. WRITE, WRITE & WRITE.

      EACH DAY WILL BE DIFFERENT AND JUST ALLOW THAT SPACE. YOU’LL GET MORE FAMILIAR WITH THE PRACTICE AS YOU GO ON.

      AS YOU FREE FLOW, YOU WILL HEAR SO MUCH WISDOM, GUIDANCE & CLARITY COME THROUGH.

    TIP: LISTEN TO THE AM PLAYLIST WHILE JOURNALING!

    • How did my body feel today—what sensations/emotions stood out?

    • Where/when did I feel most connected? (to others, to nature, to myself)?

    • As I end my day, what do I want myself to know?

SUMMER syllabus

WEEK 1 + WEEK 2
SOUL DISCOVERY

  • EGO(fear) VS. SOUL(intuition) COMMUNICATION

    • Open to 2 fresh pages side by side in your journal.

      Notice what limitations, fears, attachments, self judgements, stories etc, arise/have been present with you. Write them out on one page & on the other page, respond with the wisdom and voice of your soul/intuition.

    EXAMPLE:

    FEARS

    - I WILL BE ABANDONED IF I’M NOT PERFECT.

    SOUL

    - The one’s who see me, know me, love me & allow my “imperfections”. They hold it and offer me grace. I am allowed to be human around my people, I am safe & loved regardless.

    Do this for everything you notice present, you can always come back to this practice when certain stories become more present than others & when you need to reconnect to the wisdom, comfort & voice of your soul.

WEEK 3 + WEEK 4
YOUR ORIGINAL MAGIC

    • LOOK AT A BABY PHOTO OF YOURSELF, JOURNAL ON WHAT YOU SEE- WHAT YOU FEEL. NOTICE HER MAGIC, CONNECT TO IT.

    • WHAT WOULD IT MEAN TO EMBODY THIS MAGIC?

      -

    • CHOOSE 1 WAY EACH DAY TO BRING MORE FUN AND/OR CREATIVITY INTO YOUR DAY. THIS CAN BE AS “BIG” OR “SMALL” AS YOU WANT. JOURNAL ON THAT EXPERIENCE.

      maybe its learning a new instrument, dancing or making a fun eye spy game out of your walk! bring joy! bring play! bring fun! bring creativity! wake it up again!


WEEK 5 + WEEK 6
LIVING A RADIANT LIFE

    • Journal on what Living A Radiant life feels like to you.

    • WHAT NEEDS TO GO & WHAT NEEDS TO FLOW TO ALLOW MORE RADIANCE IN? (WHAT BLOCKS YOUR RADIANCE, WHAT EXPANDS YOUR RADIANCE)


WEEK 7 + WEEK 8
THE LIBERATED SELF

    • Complete the meditation & journal on what came up for you:

      - notice what you heard

      - notice the blocks present

      - notice the action needed

      - notice what the body is asking for.

    • write a letter to yourself from your most liberated self.

      Let her wisdom come through clearly and freely.

      Try not to overthink — write as though you’re channeling her words directly.

    Questions to support you in writing if necessary:

    • How does your liberated self move through the world? What’s different in her energy, her choices, her voice, her expression, her relationship with self?

    • What does she want you to let go of? (fears, doubts, habits, stories)

    • What does she want you to embrace more of? (joy, rest, play, boldness, creativity, boundaries)

    • What does she know to be true about you, even when you forget?

    • What action is she asking you to take next?

    • How does she want you to treat your body?

    • What words of encouragement or love does she want to leave you with?
