10+ transformative sessions, meeting once weekly for the entire season.
Seasons of Self is a 10-week cohort journey guided through four themes inspired by the energetics of the season we are entering. Each theme unfolds across two sessions, allowing space for exploration, embodiment, and integration before gently moving into the next.
Each session follows an arc. We begin by opening into the theme through lectures, yogic teachings, somatic wisdom, guided reflection, and shared conversation, creating space for insight & connection to our theme. From there, we turn inward through Somatic practices, Kundalini yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling — supporting the body in receiving and integrating what the theme has to offer for you uniquely.
Every session is designed to feel complete and grounding, offering both exploration and embodiment in a way that unfolds naturally. As the weeks progress, the themes mirror the energetics and rhythms of the season, deepening connection to yourself and to what the season is asking of your evolution.

SPRING CO—HORT
What is “Life Force?”
Life force is the vital energy that sustains all living beings. In many wisdom traditions, this energy is known as prana in yoga and chi (qi) in Chinese medicine. It is the subtle yet powerful current that flows through the body and through all of nature, supporting vitality, creativity, energy and forward movement.
Within the body, life force moves through energetic pathways and is influenced by breath, movement & meditation. When this energy flows freely, we often feel more awake and alive, more clear, and connected to our true self and the divine within us. Our life force sustains us with the energy we need to spring forward from the heart and life the bountiful, beautiful and blissful life asking to come alive. When our life force becomes depleted or restricted, we may feel fatigue, tension, or a sense of disconnection - like we don’t have the energy within us to do what we need to do or handle what’s in front of us. Awakening our life force allows us to flow, boundlessly into life.
This season, we wake up this energy within us and allow it to expand creation & truth in our lives.
SPRING CO—HORT THEMES

This theme invites you to tune inward and sense the subtle current of your own life force. Through yogic wisdom, pranayama (breathwork), and gentle movement, we begin awakening awareness of the vital energy that lives within you. As winter softens into spring, you’ll allow yourself to gently emerge into this new, alive season

In this theme, we explore what wants to bloom within you — what is ready to rise from darkness into light, like a lotus emerging through the mud. Together we enter the dreaming space, allowing visions, desires, and possibilities to rise without limitation. You’ll reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been dormant and give yourself permission to sit in the liminal space before things take form — honoring this sacred stage of becoming.

Here we begin to give form to what has been awakening within you. Through vision holding and actualizing, how what’s within you wants to begin taking shape. This is a time of devotion — allowing your actions to meet your inner knowing as you move forward with clarity, vitality, connection to your life force & trust in your own path.

You’re in full bloom. Throughout this theme we explore deepening your connection to your inner resources. Rooting in a sense of wholeness, of inner radiance and dwelling in the magic, beauty and love that you are, always have been and will continue to create in this life. It’s a theme of reverence for self, radical self acceptance - when we truly honour ourselves in this way, we create the foundation needed to continue moving forward.
Exploring 4 themes over the span of eight weeks, integrating the essence of the season softly, deeply and potently using kundalini yoga & somatic wisdom.

THE MODALITIES, DEVOTIONS AND TEACHINGS WE USE IN SEASONS OF SELF.

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It is a powerful and ancient practice and one of the core modalities woven through Seasons of Self. Through postures, meditation, mantra, and pranayama (breathwork), we begin to tune deep within ourselves and start the process of unlocking and awakening the power, truth, and potential that has always lived within us.
This work directly strengthens the nervous system, deepens intuition, and expands our sense of awareness and connection to self. Using the power of your own body Kundalini becomes a practice of true self-healing & self-understanding.
This work meets you wherever you are on your path and will reveal what needs to be seen in order to fully embrace who you came here to be. Alongside these practices, yogic wisdom and teachings are shared to support deeper understanding and integration.

Every Tuesday at 6am we gather for a sacred 75-minute practice chanting the Aquarian mantras. This optional practice is a special resource for the cohort, designed to support your devotion to yourself and your spiritual growth.
Practicing sadhana early allows you to tend to yourself before the world demands your attention. It builds resilience, overcomes resistance, and deepens your commitment to your own growth. Through the repetition of sacred mantras, your mind, body, and spirit respond to the vibrations of the sounds – like an instrument being strummed – you experience a shift. Mantras are ancient sound codes that shift vibration, clear old the subconscious , deepen meditative states & create space for transformation.
Mantra hour can be a practice of mastering the mind, allow thoughts to come and go, returning gently to the vibration of the sound. There is nothing you need to do except arrive and immerse yourself in the frequency of the mantras.

Our 60-day meditation is a daily 11-minute practice designed to cultivate deep presence and devotion. Committing to 60 days may feel challenging — and that’s exactly the point. Challenges create the space for growth and evolution.
Each time you arrive, take a deep breath and choose to be present with yourself, beyond all the chatter within and around you — something inside shifts. Your nervous system feels cared for, and your fears lose power. This practice is a gentle invitation to meet yourself in new ways, build resilience beyond the ego, and fully devote yourself to your own evolution. Who will you become on the other side of 60 days of meditation? What will you discover about yourself? That’s what we’ll discover throughout the season.
You will be held accountable and supported in the group along your journey. There is no perfect way to complete this, “falling off track” is completely expected and more than okay.

You will be encouraged to gently tune inward and build a safe, trusting, and nourishing relationship with your body. Tuning into and listening for your inner wisdom — “wisdom is the answer that is already there” — we just need to slow down and learn to tune into the channel of our bodies to be able to hear it.
In Seasons of Self, these teachings are woven into the lectures and practices. We learn to notice the subtle messages of the body, helping wisdom arise, old patterns shift, and your connection to self deepen. Somatic Wisdom becomes a bridge between mind, body, and spirit, helping us understand how our body communicates with us.

Community is the anchor of Seasons of Self.
I created Seasons of Self with the main intention of gather like-souls together. In community we grow, we feel love, we see ourselves in each other and therefore we feel less alone, we feel empowered moving through challenges as we know we have support surrounding us. Every co-hort is filled with safety and love - you are welcome as you are and you are loved as you are.
The group chat is there for to connect, support, and inspire one another as each of your journey through the season naturally unfolds.
