Summer co-hort begins july 16th 2025.
For 8 weeks, every season, we’ll gather together.
8 transformative meetings, once weekly. Alternating bi-weekly between EXPANSION and INTEGRATION sessions.
In the expansion sessions, we come together for 120 minutes to immerse ourselves in a new theme, igniting curiosity, and sparking meaningful conversation. Through shared insights and collective exploration, we open up space for growth, news perspectives, and transformative discoveries.
EXPANSION
In integration sessions, we come together for 75 minutes of stillness, guiding ourselves through mediTation, brEATHwork and JOURNALING to anchor the themes deeply into our bodies. This quiet space allows us to reflect, integrate, and prepare for the next cycle of growth.
INTEGRATION
Together, we honour the sacred rhythm of becoming—expanding, integrating and aligning to ourselves with every season.

Through guided somatic awareness, meditation, breath work, journaling, and shared reflection, we explore the depths of who we are & what’s coming. Allow each season to be a portal to something greater.

Seasons of Self is something I let brew, something I let unfold naturally. I didn't rush the process, I let it take as much time as it needed.
I moved through each season, and I let them teach me and guide me through bringing this soul-lead offering to life with integrity & grounded intention.
The foundation of Seasons of Self has always been COMMUNITY. There is so much power in expanding, reflecting, evolving & integrating together— as one.
Working with so many inspiring women 1:1 over many years, I began to see how deeply we all mirror one another & the season we are in overlap each other so beautifully. Yet, so many of us can feel so alone in our experiences. Seasons of Self is the space to collectively explore, expand, embrace & embody the season you are.
