I’m so happy you’re all here!
In this session we opened up the portal of this season and opened our hearts to what this season has for us. These next 9 weeks will be journey deep within ourselves exploring the body, mind and soul so we can project from our hearts and live a soul-led life. This is a season where your biggest focus is taking care of you and preserving your energy. Nourishing yourself in deep, intentional and devoted ways so that you can create the soil you need to plant the seeds you want to flourish in your life. Although this season typically comes with this intense go getter energy from the outside, it really is a time to get clear, take care, realign with precision and prepare your field.
—
The Kriya we did: Kriya to open the heart centre.
This Kriya opens the heart and works to shift your magnetic field. Opening up the heart chakra so you can clearly receive all the blessings on their way to you. Its calming effect allows you to eliminate unnecessary thoughts and feelings, so you can be more in the present and experience your feelings more clearly. Do this kriya whenever you feel you need to clear the heaviness of the heart and open yourself up to blessings.
—
Oracle cards: Chamber of soul contracts & Chamber of soul gifts.
These cards are deeply and divinely supported. Know that each of you have a team of guides leading you on the path you are currently on. Everything that is calling you, everything you deeply know, everything you crave on a soul level is being confirmed that it is all yours and on its way. You are meant to continue to take soul aligned action, to tune inwards and listen to the voice of the body as a channel of the soul. Make sure what you are doing, saying yes to, devoting yourself to is coming from the heart in way that nourishes the deeper parts of your that you want to flourish. Continue on your journey of self and all the steps forward will continue to show themselves.
—
Prompts:
Let these prompts just open a stream of consciousness. Let it be a word dump from the heart.
I free my heart from…
I open my heart to feel…
I open my heart to receive…
I devote my heart to project…
Love you ALL - Happy winter xo.

This theme is all about honouring your body as the temple it is.
This is for you, to give back to your body.
To say thank you— To say I hear you, i’m listening, I see you, I know how much you do.
—
The Kriya we did: Kriya for the Adrenals & Kidneys.
This Kriya works directly with the Adrenals and Kidneys 2 vital things our body relies on heavily. Through this practice we focus on supporting the work they do, support them and nourish them back. The Adrenals & Kidneys are also directly related to emotions like Fear, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, etc. This Kriya can support in the movement, release and clearing on these emotions that may be stored here. Drink lots of water after doing this set, sleep lots & nurture your emotional space extra for for the next few days!
Comments from the book: “Do we have a reserve capacity to get to our destination despite the snowstorm? Our energy can be flowing, we can be eating well, sleeping enough, but if our adrenals fail, it is hard to keep up. We get tired and snappy. Glandular balance, and in particular, strong adrenals and kidneys are important to have that extra edge, to control anger and hypoglycemia. Without strong adrenals and kidneys, the heart can't function well.”
Prompts:
How can i move forward honouring and nourishing my temple this week? what would feel deeply nourishing? what care do I want to devote myself to, for my body?
—
Week 2.
Create a new beginning with yourself, let this theme anchor in new ways of relating to your body, of caring for your body, of taking care of yourself.
Anything that is not love, must go.
Relate to your body in the most loving way, full of reverence, removed from judgement - if you approached your body from this place, what would change?
The Kriya we did: Set for the nervous system and glandular balance.
This Kriya tunes up your nervous system to create resilience and develop more strength, reducing stress and fortifying the mind + body to respond to change and stress and challenges in a healthy way. Our nervous system receives so much stimulation all day, every day, In moments you remember and moments you don’t. 12 billion bits of information a second. By focusing on strengthen the nervous system, we begin to expand its capacity to tolerate; It’s capacity to handle challenges, to hand change, to handle stimulation, to handle life.
A strong nervous system doesn't make invincible - we aren't numb - we’re aware, we’re connected, we’re capable, resilient. If we aren't discharging and supporting the needs of the nervous system our capacity fills and then life becomes to feel too hard.
Building resilience to go beyond the capacity of survival, so you can feel able, so you can feel your resilience and your power to handle life. We can’t do it depleted! This is a practice to love the nervous system & claim your capacity.
Notes on our meditation: Meditation for burn-out. “The special hand mudra is a key to the effects of the meditation. The 8/8 breath will give nervous strength and a boost to the immune system. The hand mudra changes the way the aura projects. It creates a state of “dormant energy” in which the mind stops projecting to maintain its various projects or personalities.
When you feel you are getting “burned out” or overwhelmed by the constant pressure to maintain your self-projection under the challenge of ill-circumstances or opposition by people, this is the perfect meditation. It “zeroes” the status of your projection. It creates inner stillness. It puts you in a state of non-attachment so the neutral mind can guide you. It ends vivid delusions and distorted thoughts that come from extreme or chronic stress.”
Prompts:
“Anything that is not love must go.”- if you approached your body from this place, what would change?
What new beginning would you like to create within your relationship with your temple?
-
This theme is all about connecting deep within to your truth. The truth that has always been anchored in your heart.
What truth lives in your heart? What truth is anchored deep within you, behind the limitations, beyond the “imagined disabilities”?
Your truth is the nectar of your soul. It’s your essence. It’s our mission on this earth to learn our truth, anchor it, and choose it every time.
Devote yourself to moving deep into the heart — to clearing the path and listening within to your truth. Not with expectations to create anything; the creations will come when you begin anchoring in your heart. When you get clear on the nectar of what you crave to feel and be a part of in this world, and you follow wherever that pulls you, you begin living in your truth and your world reflects that back to you.
Week 1.
The Kriya we practiced: Kriya to conquer Imagined disabilities
A powerful Kriya combines arm movements with powerful mouth breathing to help break through self-created limitations and move beyond what we believe to be impossible. This kriya builds up our courage and our confidence to overcome our limitations & subconscious blocks. You have the power to conquer and transform your fear and limiting beliefs into inspired action and elevation- This kriya supports that shift.
—
Prompts:
Start to explore the nectar, the root, the soil; of what your heart wants in this life. Beyond the physical we attach to, what do you really want? (the felt sense).
Do you feel you may be living from a space of limitations anywhere? Can you recognize where you might be letting fear or self-imposed limitations run the show?
If this week, you devoted yourself to inviting in more of your truth & following the nectar(the felt sense), what would look different for you? what would that approach shift?what action or not action would you potentially take?
—
Week 4.
Clear truth is about crystallizing your Authenticity — your souls essence. Who you are, what you want and who we came here to be.
This journey is about coming backing to the truth anchored in your heart. Over time we may have lost touch with it, turn it down or have completely shut it out. For many reasons, longing for belonging, safety, protection etc — there comes a time where we choose to reclaim this connection ; Where we have to ask ourselves is it more important to belong to others & spaces where i’m not fully alive? or go on the quest of belonging to myself?Fully alive, full turned on, fully authentic, connected and projecting the nectar of my divine soul!
We all have a inner compass, a whisper of our soul, if you will- guiding us through life, strengthening our connection to sensing, feeling, hearing and/or seeing this wisdom will allow us to walk our path more clearly, confidently and anchored in our souls authentic truth. This inner guide is leading you to your divine path, you just need to tune in, buckle up and walk the path in devotion. You don’t need to know anything. you don’t need to know where you are going all you need to know is that you are following your heart.
Illuminating the truth, may also make shadows visible - know that this journey can bring us challenges and may show you some hard truths — ways of being or believing that where never yours causing you to learn new programming and clear old ones, which may ask for some changes to be made in places those old programs where running. STAY DEVOTED. Trust the clearing, trust the heart, anchor in your souls whisper. You’re becoming more you & your life is reflecting it!
Practice pausing and checking in —
“Body, what choice do I want to make here? Show me, make it clear.” etc, ask yourself, open the channel to even have the conversation. Focus on explore “What feels right to you” not “What might make sense”. Strengthening this connection is going to need more time in the body and less time in the head. Be open to what is unseen.
The Kriya we practiced: Becoming Crystal Clear.
“This kriya helps us develop and crystallize our understanding of our Self, our mind, our body, and our soul.
If we can clarify our understanding of ourselves, we express truth with our actions and commitments. Get clear about who you are so you can be that person to the world.”
Pranayama: 4 stroke breath to build intuition
“This breath works on the pituitary gland to develop intuition through powerful breathwork. In the Aquarian Age, intuition will be the principle of identity. Tell your pituitary to work for you so you come to know reality through your intuition rather than through your intellect.”
Meditation: Meditation to hear the inner voice
“This meditation strengthens your ability to hear the voice of your inner wisdom, so that you can learn to rely on your own guidance rather than seeking answers outside.”
MANTRA: Sat Siri Akal.
“Undying Truth”. Which is you.
Sat Siri Siri Akal: The True Great, Great Deathless.
Siri Akal Maha Akal: Great Deathless beyond Death, Great Deathless.
Maha Akal, Sat Naam: Great Deathless, Truth is the Name.
Akaal Moorat, Wahe Guru: Deathless Form of God, Experience of the Divine
—
Can you notice how your intuition communicates with you? may be various forms - which is strongest? (Vision, Sensation, Emotion, Sound, Inner Knowing…)
Can you notice what your intuition might be sharing with you about this season? or this time of your evolution?
-
This theme is all about understanding devotion as an energetic shift into love. Devotion is greater than being consistent and discipline in routines & check lists- that might be part of it- but, it’s about doing things to serve your self, doing things with your best interest in mine and recognizing that place of love that this stems from, not from a place of punishment, force, pressure, fear or lack, but shifting the motivation to love. Devotion is not just seasonal, or for a quick fix, devotion is a life like commitment to caring, loving and looking after yourself.
Consider: Does my devotion match my prayer?
—
Week 1:
Kriya we Practices: Kriya for self Reliance
Meditation we practiced: Meditation to get rid of the “Couldn’t".
Week 2:
Why am I here on earth at this time?
What truly matters to me?
What does life right now, want to bring out of me?
What does Devotion mean to me?
What am I devoted to? (the nectar of it)
-
This theme is reclaiming connection to the divine — the divine that lives within & around us all.
Beginning to look within you to see the light inside, the love within, the wisdom that guides you.
In a world where it can be hard to foster a relationship with divinity in everyday life, we sometimes forget that magic we have come from, the miracle we are, and the divine force you carry within you.
Turning back inward and waking yourself up to your magic, reclaim the divine connection that breaths through you every moment.
—
Week 1.
The Kriya we practiced: Kriya to see the inner beauty.
Full relaxation removes the tension that blocks our natural energy. It is a moment to sample your inner joy. Experience the One who is sitting in you, the you who is watching the One in you. You and the One are one. Relax into the universal spirit and feel the flow pervading through you. Let all the outside vibrations go. Merge into the infinite peace and light within. Relax into your beauty, into your divinity.
The meditation: Balancing the heart and mind unto Infinity.
It is through the understanding that comes from the heart that the mind can realize the concept that Infinity is within us.
—
Prompts:
When do I experience / notice the divine around me?
When do I experience / feel the divine within me?
What do I need to let go of or open myself up to, to experience the divine within me?
What does divinity mean to me? what does it feel like? what does it sound like?
